Join the dynamic team from Addison at The Grand Del Mar, celebrated Chef William Bradley and Sommelier Jesse Rodriguez, on an exploration of the synergies between chef and sommelier. Learn how to make three simple hearty fall recipes with sophisticated flavor profiles and sample from a selection of hand picked wines featured at this year's Festival that best compliment the cuisine. According to Jesse "A great pairing is not reserved for wine alone" and to demonstrate this he will give individuals who prefer non-alcoholic options tools with which to select beverages that also match perfectly with Chef William's recipes.
