Libby Platus

Along with glorious food, travel is within her scope, including visiting that icon of the prairie, the American Buffalo on a Bison Wagon Train and trips to write about possible Filming Locations.

Platus, a native of Los Angeles, has Judged Culinary Competitions at the Western Food Service and Hospitality Expo held in the LA Convention Center and Roma Pizza Competitions.  For many years, Libby Platus was a Public Speaker, traveling across the US and other countries, talking about "Business for Creative People."
