Find the Opus Thursday, November 13, 2008 Did you ever wonder if those high-priced, highly rated wines are really worth the money? Do you think you can tell the difference? Join San Diego Wine & Culinary Center owner John Alongé to find out! The session will begin with an exploration of how we really perceive wine aromas and flavors. This will be followed by a “blind” tasting of four red wines, one of them a high scoring, high priced wine, the other three under $20 a bottle.
